This piece is available in two part or SATB voicings. I like to use the two part arrangement for entry level choirs. It’s an acapella piece that includes body percussion to mimic grinding corn (based on the translation).

Translation:
Grind and grind, Maria, grind the corn
Today, today, today, today I grind all the corn
Today, today, today, today, that mother ordered to grind
I ground, Maria ground, and also Pilar ground
